How are the awards judged?

The eight awards to celebrate the best graduate recruiting organisations, campaigns and websites across different sectors, plus the graduate employer of the year award, are decided by a web-based survey of undergraduates and recent graduates who are actively seeking employment. The survey asks students to rate familiarity, perception and opinion of the organisation as a prospective employer and graduate recruiter. We will look to make it a level playing field, giving all organisations a fair chance of receiving the awards and not simply rewarding the organisations with the largest marketing budgets.

Six of the awards will be judged by an expert panel of graduate recruiters, agencies and careers advisers. Organisations can be nominated by their agency or by nominating themselves. To find out more about nominating an organisation, please click here.
