A recruitment and selection specialist, Annabel has extensive experience of interviewing and assessing, use of competency frameworks, delivery and management of selection centres.

Brian Hood, Graduate Marketing Manager

Brian Hood was appointed Head of EMEA Graduate Resourcing at Citi in 2004 after joining one of Citi’s predecessor companies (Salomon Smith Barney) in 2000 as graduate recruiter for Operations & Technology in Europe. He has recently had his role expanded to cover Graduate Development in addition to Resourcing. Prior to joining Citi, Brian worked for AMP in the UK first as an HR Generalist and latterly was responsible for working on setting up the group graduate development programme. He has a BA in Business and a MSc in Human Resource Management.
Chris Bennett, Creative Director

With about 20 years experience in the advertising and design business, Chris wasn’t always involved with recruitment advertising. He began in a design agency in Bristol in the late 80’s and after several years in agencies in Bristol and Bath responded to an ad and joined Sandersons Recruitment Agency as Creative Director. After a couple of years, Sandersons were acquired by TMP. Chris headed up the creative function there until taking a regional role.
A few years later, Chris joined ThirtyThree in Bristol as Creative Director and has been building the team over the last 3 or 4 years. When not on the Mac, he can be found singing and playing harmonica in one of three bands on the live music circuit in Bristol.
Claudine Love, Sales Manager

Claudine joined Guardian News and Media in March 2000 as a Field Sales Executives working across key London recruitment advertising agencies. Having held a number of commercial positions across both recruitment and display advertising departments, she has been Client Relationship Manager for nearly 2 years. In this role, Claudine is responsible for creative executions of employer and recruitment communications, primarily in the graduate space - using the myriad of channels available across the Guardian, Observer, Guardian.co.uk, Guardian Events, and associations with GMG across multimedia platforms. Claudine also represents GNM on the AGR Research & Information Committee, and The Recruitment Society Committee.
Craig Robinson, Head of Creative

Craig has been at TMP (minus a short period out ‘on loan’) for almost 9 years, and has covered three jobs. He is now jointly responsible (with Neil, his sidekick for over a decade) for 42 creatives up and down the UK and Ireland.

Since he joined aia as Creative Director five years ago, the agency has won over 50 industry awards for creativity and innovation; most of them for graduate work. Having spent some 13 years in graduate recruitment Jayne joined TMP in London to head up their graduate division.
Jayne has worked with a range of industry sectors from FMCG to law, professional services, investment banking and engineering, from some of the UK’s largest to some of the more niche graduate employers. Her client experience includes Barclays, Morgan Stanley, Wragge & Co., Oxfam and RWE nPower amongst others.
Jayne manages TMP’s graduate offering, bringing together the agency’s wealth of experience in the graduate field and building this team of specialists across all disciplines involved in graduate recruitment and development to offer graduate employers a total solution encompassing assessment services, response management and graduate marketing both on and offline.
Jayne has played a significant role in the AGR with the membership task group and has been instrumental in the development of the AGR sector focus groups as well as the Conference Planning team.

Jim has over twenty years’ experience working in the recruitment advertising industry. Having started his working life at MacMillan Davies way back in the late eighties, he set off on a circular path which would eventually lead him back to Bernard Hodes Group as Joint Creative Director.

Jo joined work in August 2007 as a Client Leader a break away from her career background in Sales/Business Development. Jo started her recruitment career as a Sales Executive on Personnel Today in 1993 and progressed through the ranks at Hobsons and into a publishing role at the then newly launched Real World magazine, seeing it grow from strength to strength over 3 years before being tempted into agency world with Euro RSCG Riley. There the remit was to help drive change in the London agency through the acquisition of blue chip accounts and graduate projects, where she played a pivotal role in creating the opportunities, pitching for and winning some hotly contested accounts including: Asda, Marie Curie Cancer Care, Tesco Graduates, Rolls-Royce, BA, and Pfizer PGRD.

Tim began his career at PA Consulting. Moving from the HR practice into the recruitment advertising division, he held several positions including Regional Director for Bristol, managing accounts such as Rolls-Royce Aerospace and Clarks Shoes. Tim’s final role at PA Advertising was as Business Development Director, before joining Empower Communications, a specialist web and graduate agency. Tim brought his recruitment marketing expertise to Euro RSCG Riley in 2005, and as Client Services Director, he managed a diverse array of high profile clients, including Pfizer, and King’s College Hospital. Tim is currently Euro RSCG Riley’s Sales and Marketing Director and a full Board Member.

Viv is MD of Graduate Solutions Ltd, a City based graduate outsourcing consultancy.
She has 12 years' experience within the investment banking industry. Formerly, Viv built and headed up the campus recruitment function for Deutsche Bank (hiring some 800 graduates, MBAs and PhDs globally). Before this, she ran campus recruitment for NatWest Markets. Her campus recruiting career began at Swiss Bank in 1994.
Viv's expertise covers design/set-up of campus recruitment programmes - including large scale vendor management, IT system implementation, campus programme design and management and marketing collateral production. She also has solid experience in selection - designing competency frameworks, interview tools, assessment centres and delivering training to the business in best practice selection techniques. Brian has worked in graduate recruitment marketing for over 20 years having produced his first campaign for McDonald’s in 1988. After spells with Bernard Hodes, Barkers and time away from recruitment with a Consumer Marketing agency, he became a founding Director of ThirtyThree which opened for business in November 1998. The agency now has offices in London and Bristol with over 100 personnel of which 15 make up the graduate team working with a broad range of clients across many industries including investment banking, professional services, retail and engineering.

As the Human Resources Director of European Operations for Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Donna Miller oversees all aspects of people development for Enterprise in the United Kingdom, Ireland and Germany, which includes more than 4,700 employees. In her 18 years with the company, she has been instrumental in the recruitment growth for Enterprise in the U.S., Canada and Europe and now serves as one of the company’s officers.
Donna sits on the boards of the Association of Graduate Recruiters as well as Dress for Success.
Gary Argent, UK Recruitment Operations Manager
Logica
Gary is the UK recruitment operations manager for Logica. He joined the company in 1991 after completing a degree in Computer Science at King's College London and has been involved in graduate recruitment since 2004, recruiting approximately 200 graduates, placement students and school leavers annually. Prior to this he gained experience in a variety of technical, project management and HR positions, and is now responsible for defining a junior recruitment strategy to help the company to meet staff requirements over the next few years.
